RICH CHOCOLATE MADEIRA CAKE RECIPE
Choc cake mix - 1kg, Water - 400ml
- Weigh mix into machine bowl fitted with a beater
- Add 1/2 water over two minutes on slow speed, scrape down bowl
- Mix for three minutes on medium speed
- Add remainder of water of two minutes on slow speed, scrape down bowl
- Mix for a further three minutes on medium speed
