Dhansak Curry Mild.
A mild to medium curry sauce, Dhansak is a complex sweet and sour parsee curry coupled with lentils and beautifully flavoured with fennel seeds. A medium dish, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired or add a little mango chutney for a milder taste.
